If you care about getting it done quickly in your neighborhood, without needing your ass kissed, this is a great neighborhood shop. I came as a walk in and they were able to inspect my car immediately. Then finish the actual repair (compressor replacement for my AC) the following day, a Saturday for that matter. There was virtually no wait time at all during the whole process. Was it cheap? I would say average when I did my own research. But if you go cheaper than this I would question why its cheaper, cheaper parts? Longer wait time? Lower service? The actual inspection fee was actually cheaper than a higher rated car shop in the same area that couldn't see me till Monday. Being open as early as 7am and closing at 6pm and also opened Saturdays is awesome and recognizes that most customers actually have jobs. I was surprised how many car shops dont have these kinds of hours. I think its interesting that the negative reviews complain about the staff being awkward, I actually felt like it was their customers that were a little. There are two waiting rooms, one is your traditional one that has a TV with remote. You have a view of Walters road and the parking area so you know when they've taken yours in. The other waiting area is by the reception area where you can actually see the cars being worked through the windows, which gives a nice sense of transparency. Only warning I would give about this place is do not touch that vending machine. That stuff inside is ancient history when I saw the expiration date on my snack. But I'll still give it a 5 star cause I come here for my car, not to get fed.
